Hi, I Don't Have Insurance So I Would REALLY Prefer

Hi, I don't have insurance so I would REALLY prefer to avoid a dr visit if possible. But I'm starting to get concerned that this might be more than I can handle. I had a few symptoms of a UTI a couple weeks ago and simple increased my water intake. But now four days ago I started having a very persistant fever ranging from 100.8-102.8. I started taking some left over Keflex medication today, but no on top of the fever I will get VERY bad pressure headaches if ever I bend over or look down and at least once a day my fingers or hands on one or both arms will go tingly and numb. I take I ibuprofen to try to keep the fever in check but it never really goes back to "Normal". I just want to know if you think that the Keflex would be able to solve this. I also have some amoxicillan (forgive the spelling)... I would just hate to wrack up a grand or more in medical visits and tests for them to give me what I already have in my cabinet...
