Hi. I feel almost 100% except I have that moldy, sweet smell often associated with a sinus infection. My sinuses don't really bother me but the back of my throat is a little sticky. I did come down with strep about 3 months ago (I took penicillin) and had what I thought was a recurrence a month later but the strep test came back negative. My ENT gave me doxycycline for 2 weeks for the latest symptoms. It didn't help much. He now told me to take a saline spray which I've taken for a couple days (3x a day) and it doesn't seem to be helping yet. He said if this doesn't work to get a CT scan of my sinuses. Do you have any other ideas?
