Hi I Fell At Work On The 28th Of October

Hi I fell at work on the 28th of October landing on my knees .My rt knee has healed but my left knee is still very swollen and painful. Pain radiates from back to front of knee. I also had surgery 2o yrs ago to repair a torn Meniscus's .Also have 2 areas on it that are very puffy. What do I need to do?
