Hi. I fell on gritty pavement, and tried to catch myself using my hands. There are now scratches on my palms, a small one that is bleeding on my right, and a quite big but not deep one on my left. Only problem now is that I see specks of, what I believe, stones? In the left palm. One of them, at the very bottom, is somewhat like a splinter... it is quite stuck in my skin. I could try taking it out but it hurts.

Will the specks go out by itself or will I have to seek help?
