Hi I Filling Pain In Upper Side Of Stomach And

I filling pain in upper side of stomach and shoulder in right side, I did CT scan in Kabul the report showed problems in liver like hypo dense, not any more, and colic infection, after the 20 days I did tests in India artemist hospital, CT scan, tow MRI, usg, fibroscan, and blood test, all was normal only the AFP was 11.40, but still I filling pain in upper side of stomach colic and shoulder. Please advise me.
