Hi I Had A Ct Scan After A Back Injury

Hi I had a ct scan after a back injury with mild pain like a 3 or 4 but was mainly stiffness in the lower left quater of my back that made me stand off center. The pain mainly occurred during getting up or down. Anyway leg got all achy throbing after work which included a lot of discomfort in my whole back and legs. The next day I felt OK just stiff and then around evening I got a throbing ache and loss sensation and muscle control in the left leg but only the front and sides between my knee cap and ankle. No pain no tingling sensation except when I touch it. I can walk with like a peg just can't bend and hold me it collapses. Back pain is gone mostly as is stiffness.

The ct scan seems like it did not get anything clearly due to my weight and probably my laughing a little during it. The report has words like bulges, DDD, multdosevel stenosis

I'm just wondering if I can do anything at home? since I can't even see a doctor until the 11th of August to even ask to schedule a MRI to confirm. I am also wondering might it be anything else like blood clot? Will I have a good chance of normal walking within a month? I am currently on naproxen 550mg and a prednisone 20mg with a scaling down dose. I have also included core excersize
