Hi. I Had A Laproscopic Appendectomy On December 16th, 2017.

Hi. I had a laproscopic appendectomy on december 16th, 2017. It has been quite a while since then. Immediatly after I got surgery I had very severe heartburn, I bought Zantec 75mg and went by my week. After I came back from christmas break I went to our local urgent care facility for a prescription of prilosec. I had 2 months of it and felt fine granted I didn't eat within 45 mins before/after taking it. I am now fasting for religious purposes and I'm not feeling well. I could not get any food down my throat and I have severe acid reflux EVERY DAY and whenever I wake up at night. My doctor said it was probably my diet but I'm a fairly healthy person who doesn't eat bread regularly (what my doctor said was the cause -the bread not the diet-). I was wondering what I could do since I still would like to work out each day but feel to malnourished and can't eat anything due to the reflux.

I don't have baking soda at home since we just ran out.
Tomatos and breads are the worst for me but I haven't eaten any in about 3 weeks
Thank You-C
