I had a molar extracted on Wednesday morning, I have been in agony and swelling never disappeared until Sunday, but before then I realised a creamy coloured substance just hanging from the hole of where my tooth was, this would not pull out or brush out and had my mouth smelling and tasting of onions, Sunday it just fell out on its own, the swelling on my face has since started going down and hardly any pain, but I can still taste and have an onion smell, what was this and how do I rectify the smell whilst healing process takes place
