Hi, I Had A Sinus Infection A Few Weeks Ago

Hi,
I had a sinus infection a few weeks ago and was taking antibiotics for it. My ear became blocked and still is. My doctor said my eustachian tube is blocked. It's caused tinnitus. She put me on a 7 day course of cortisone tablets which I finished 6 days ago. Since taking nothing, the last few days I've notice the right side of my tongue...the same side as my blocked ear....is sort of numb. I notice mostly when I brush my teeth/tongue or when I eat something. I have also got tiny tingles in my fingers which I'm not sure about. I'm quite worried and not sure if any of the tongue or tingle in fingers is related to my sinus infection. Please help.
