Hi! I Had A Surgical Abortion 3 Weeks Ago And

Hi! I had a surgical abortion 3 weeks ago and had a Jaydess IUD device inserted immediately following the procedure. I have just stopped bleeding and would be due for my regular period now. I have NO symptoms of pregnancy other than no period... some bloating and cramping that feels more comparable to PMS than pregnancy (my pregnancy symptoms were significantly more severe)... the strings from my IUD appear to be in place and I have not had intercourse since the abortion. Do I need to be afraid of complications or am I just adjusting to the IUD? Thanks!
