Hi. I had a total laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy (uterus and cervix removal). Experiencing cramping in upper abdomen and diarrhea after meals. I stopped taking the Norco yesterday as it resulted in constipation which called for stool softeners which then caused diarrhea.

My dog jumped onto my stomach twice since the surgery. Just poking the upper abdomen a bit each time but the tenderness has gotten worse since those two incidents.

No fever. No vomiting. Lot of belching gas. I was told no diet restrictions but have been trying to be more cautious and limit sugary foods. Drinking lots of water.
