I had an s1-L4 spinal fusion about 2 years ago. Pain and numbness returned and had an MRI a couple of days ago A couple of weeks before I see myneuosurgeon. Could someone please explain this in plain terms? L3-L4: Posterior disc space narrowing and endplate osteophyte formation. Mild disc bulge with superimposed broad left paracentral
disc protrusion. Bilateral facet hypertrophy. Resultant mild spinal canal and right neuroforaminal narrowing. Moderate left
neuroforaminal narrowing. Much appreciated.
