Hi , I Had Anal Sex With My Bf And

Hi ,
I had anal sex with my bf and he came in me. He and I are negative. Three days after that I had protected sex with a man. The next morning I saw a discharge from my penis. I thought it was chlamydia, so I went to the clinic and do the STD tests and HIV test. Because of the discharge, I got treated with antibiotics. The discharge didn't go away. I got the tests' results and everything was negative. I still have the discharge in the morning. Should I take the test again? The lab nurse said it's not STD and I am not sure what to do.
