Hi. I had knee surgery 6 weeks ago and they removed my cast 2 days ago and when the nurse was removing the stitches she said that there's only 3 to pull. So yesterday I found like 4 stitches so I thought maybe they had it mixed up so u pulled them myself. One of them ended up having a scab and it was yellow. I pulled off the scab today and there was a little yellow pus and some white dots and some red dots around the scab. It's been the same today. Nothing new. What should I do? I don't want to call my doctor and tell him what I done.
