Hi I Had My Period Already This Month And It

Hi I had my period already this month and it was like 2 days short but it was a little pink and I've been off my period but now it's about 4 or 5 days after my period and for 2 of those days I've been having really bad cramps and have been feeling sick and today I started bleeding a bunch. I don't know what to think or do about this all that is running threw my head is a miscarriage and I hope that isn't it. Should I make a doctors appointment?
