Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had some corns on my toes last year, which I treated using medicated corn plasters. The hardened skin has now disappeared but I've been left with some discolouration/hypopigmentation in the areas where the corns were. It is extremely noticeable as I have very dark skin, and I have been trying a variety of treatments, including using a pumice stone after soaking my feet in warm water, and using cocoa butter. However I have seen no noticeable improvements and it has been over a year. Is there anything you can recommend for treating the hypopigmentation as I'm now left with white/pink skin where my normal dark skin colour once was?
