Hi I Had The Flu For The Last Five Days

I had the flu for the last five days now.
on the fifth day i blew my nose and my ears popped, i felt light headed,my heart was racing and my body burned up.
on the sixth day my ears are still blocked and my head pains easily and i feel exhausted.
what do i do? please help.
