Hi I Had Unprotected Sex With A Prostitute In South

I had unprotected sex with a prostitute in South Africa. I only
realized at the end that the condom broke during the 3 minute ordeal.
I panicked and ran to the ER. The doctor gave me a PEP called Tribuss.
I was HIV negative at the time of this disaster. I took my first pill
at around 11pm, and because I was so scared I took the second one at
8am the following morning. I was supposed to take these pills once a
day. Now because of the over dosage, I got so sick and delayed taking
the third pill by 6hours. After that I started taking the pills as
prescribed (once per day). I am now two weeks through the PEP
treatment but i feel my neck lymph nodes becoming tender and slightly
swelling up. They are not painful though. Is it possible that the HIV
got resistant to the PEP because of the 6 hour delay. I am so scared
and I have already lost 4kgs. Bear in mind that in South Africa HIV
prevalence is very high and most prostitutes carry the HIV strain that
is drug resistant. Your answers will be greatly appreciated.
