Hi I hade and still have pain on my right knee. I am doing some physiotherapy put it is not getting better. Here is my MRI report. Thank you Huda Al-Alshawi

UL-2018:
CLINICAL HISTORY: Pain.
REPORT:
Normal lateral meniscus.
Tear in the posterior root of the medial meniscus with further high signal changes in the body and posterior horn.
ACL and PCL fibers are intact; however, there appears to be some cystic lesion related to the PCL, likely representing a PCL ganglion cyst.
Grade 1 sprain of the medial collateral ligament seen, has there been recent trauma?
Intact lateral collateral ligament.
Quadriceps and patellar tendons are preserved.
Grade 4 chondromalacia patella seen with trace of joint effusion.
Unremarkable popliteal fossa.
