Hi, I Have Spinal Stenosis, Several Fractures (69) That Are

Hi, I have Spinal Stenosis, several fractures (69) that are now Osteoarthritis all through my back. My L1 & S5 have a bony growth that's congenital and I am in Continuous Pain. I have been on Norco for over 3 years now and I want to move to a lower type of medication, Schedule 3 that will still help me but keep me from going into withdraws. I am up to 5 pills a day and tried to go to 3.. But when I flare up from sitting to long at work I take a pill, I get home and do my laundry I cant move so I take a pill. All activity is extreme... and it's very disturbing. I was HIGHLY ACTIVE from a kid until I hit 36. I still do yoga and I am only 6lbs over weight (5'7" 168). What can I do?
