Hi, I have a 13 week old son who suffered from scaly dry skin at birth due to being a week overdue, and has since suffered from eczema and cradle cap, which our pediatrician prescribed Head & Shoulders for his scalp and cortizone cream for his face and body rashes... Today I noticed what looks like black asymmetrical pen dots on his scalp that are flat and smooth to the touch (unlike scabs). Should I be concerned? There are only 2 so far, but they look so unnatural it worries me!
