Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. I have a 3cm non-malignant mass in my nose caused by Rosai-Dorfman disease. The ENT doctor has suggested surgery to enable me to breathe, but advised I may lose a large part or all of the septum, which may cause me to have a saddle nose. I'd really appreciate your advice on whether to proceed as I'm not sure whether I'd just be swapping one problem for another. What can I expect if I go ahead with the surgery?
