Hi, I Have A 5 Yr Old Daughter Who Developed

Hi, I have a 5 yr old daughter who developed a fever up to 102.3 over the last 24 hrs. She had chills and has been somewhat lethargic all day (although not currently). We assumed she had the flu and she did receive the flu mist vaccine at school about 2-3 months ago. However, her face (cheek below eye and upper lid) has become moderately swollen on the right side and her upper lid is swollen and slightly red. She also has a few small rash like spots on her wrists and back but they don't itch severely. Is this potentially a typically flu presentation? So far she has only taken ibuprofen and tylenol for her fever which she has taken numerous times in the past.
