Hi, I Have A Left Back Pain Followed By Theighs

Hi, I have a left back pain followed by theighs being pain. I took a MRI and doctor told me that there is slight bulging of disc L4 L5 which is toughing the nerve root. He told its not a big problem n surgery is not required. He advised me with voveran plus tablet for 5days and nervijen p capsule every nite for 15 days along with physio therapy. After taking medicine n physio from past days my pain is not reduced the pain started 6months back I hv consulted many doctors.now I should be in complete bed rest.but pain severe when I sleep I am unable to turn forward or left side its paining a lot.please if any could help me what exactly happening.
