Hi, I Have A Lump That Feels Smooth And Like

Hi, I have a lump that feels smooth and like it is in a capsule at the distal end of my left clavicle. It is about 3cm in diameter. I have had pain in my arm, travelling down to my hand and my tips of thumb, forefinger and middle finger are numb. My hand is also getting weaker. Had carpal tunnel neuro test done today and haven't got it on my left hand. Do you think the problem could be due to the lump?
