Hi I have a question/concern...Im 33 and just last winter my fingers, the palm of my hands and the bottom of my soles get swollen when it's really cold, and just about a month ago I was out in the cold n noticed a big rash in the back of my upper thighs. 2 days ago I went ice skating my fingers were swollen n so was my upper lip, n just last night I was sitting on a really cold bench and got a bad rash that was gone this morning. Can You please help me understand whats going on?
