Hi, I have a red rash around the growing area. I've been to two doctors and have had anti fungal cream recommended. I have been applying the cream for three days and the rash is still there. I'm assuming it is jock itch but some of the rash has spread to the base of my penis as well? Should I be concerned? Also, once contaminated how long until the rash appears? 1 or 2 days?
