Hi I Have A Ridiculous Question, About 3 Weeks Ago

Hi I have a ridiculous question, about 3 weeks ago I performed oral sexton on a guy and the next day fell sick with a cold, swollen lymph nodes and all but it got better. Then I again performed oral sexton on the same man and have a big what looks like a cold sore. Now I may be just being paranoid, but am I OK
