Hi, I Have A Severe Pain In My Left Buttock,

Hi, I have a severe pain in my left buttock, going down my leg to my foot. This is ongoing for approx 5 months, following a prolonged "restraint" at work. I work as a psych. Nurse. I cannot sit down, I can only sleep for 1 -2 hours at a time. The pain wakes me and I have to do stretching exercises, get my hip to "click" use a hot water bottle and sleep again for an hour. I have been to my doctor, who is not helpful. I also have been going to physio but I am in agony after it. I have asked my doc. To arrange an m.r.i. As I believe it may be a disc problem but he stated it is not. I am worn out and need help. I am taking way too much pain relief just to function. I also have a low grade temp. All the time
