Hi I have a small skin leison under my left buttock. It was swollen and tender and a little hard and firm yesterday. Seemed to cover about 5 hair follicles, but now the skin has become deflated and tender and soft and is sensitive to the touch. You can move the skin around and it feels baggy over the area that was swollen before. It is slightly reddened under the skin, but really barely noticeable.
Do you know what it may be?
