Hi, I have a small, well around 4.5mm swollen, bump on my lower leg. It has been there since 6 months. may have gotten like .5mm/1mm bigger in the last little while . its raised and doesn't look particularly scary, but my mum has had skin cancer 3 times. it's definitely not an ingrown hair. I have shaved it off and it came back one time. thoughts?
