Hi. I have been diagnosed with Acustic Nueroma on my left side, has not grown in .it is 3 mm I have menhiers and lost my hearing in my right ear and i get vertigo attacks. I just had an MRI and can you tell me what it means that the MRI shows few punctate foci of increased T2 signal subcritical white matter of the frontal lobes bilaterally and in the subcortial white matter of the right temporal lobe, compatible with chronic micro vascular ischaemic changes
