Hi I Have Been Diagnosed With Epididymitis About A Week

Hi I have been diagnosed with epididymitis about a week ago I have been put on a 2 week course 1 twice a day of doxycycline and cipro before being diagnosed I had a scrotal exploration as I was suspected to have testicular torsion the surgeons said that my epididymitis was inflamed and I would be perscribed these antibiotics I have taken these and it's day 7 and I'm not feeling any relief and I am really worried could this pain be caused by the scrotal exploration ??!
