Hi, I have been doing physical therapy for my lower back and sciatica issues! I felt rest and went into my chiropractor as I do monthly. He adjusted my back and then three days later I have pain in the center of my lower back. I'm going on the third day of pain and putting ice on it and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I am also constipated and when I try to push for a bowel movement it is painful. I'm supposed to go to physical therapy tomorrow, should I go? Or should I see my chiropractor again?
