Hi I have been experiencing a burning pain inside my right nostril and down towards my lip. I cannot see any lesion except I do have spider veins on the outside of my nose which go into my nose. Also I had a skin biopsy on my lip to test for Bcc. Biopsy came back with solar keratosis. I recently went back to my dermatologist regarding all these symptoms and upon observation he said he could not see anything suspicious. Any suggestions what the problem could be and what I should do next? This has been going on for around 8 months. Skin biopsy was done approx 12 months before burning systems presented.
