Hi, I Have Been For Years Getting Tightness, Pain And

Hi,
I have been for years getting tightness, pain and numbness in my left arm and hand. I have had an US, CT and NCS which showed a partial tear thickness tear of the deep insertional fibres of the left common tendon, mild tendinosis of right flexor tendon origin, main current clinical symptoms of musculskeletal origin, electrophysiological evidence of minimal residual and asymptomatic left carpal tunnel conduction-delay and severe narrowing of the left neural foremen and moderate narrowing of the right neural foremen at C5/6 due to unconvertebral arthopathy with mild spinal canal stenosis at this level due to broad-based disc-osteophyte complex.
Can this all be treated conservatively?
