Hi, I Have Been Having Bowel Issues Lately. About To

Hi, I have been having bowel issues lately. About to two weeks ago I was having diarrhea for like a week, and every time I would eat somethin I would immediately have the feeling of needing to use the bathroom. I also experienced some stomach pain. Recently, like four/five days ago I started getting constipated and would have to push pretty hard to relieve myself and the stools were like pellets and at one time I saw mucus in the toilet (I thought it best at this point to check my stool cause I don't normally have this problem) the mucus was like a translucent greenish yellowish. I have just now been starting to find really weird looking jelly like mucus when attempting to use the bathroom! I think it started yesterday or the day before but when I wipe I get a brownish stretchy substance!?! I tried again today and once again it was the same thing it makes me scared to use the bathroom. I'm taking Metamucil to see if it can help. And the other day when I tried using the bathroom the stool actually clung on to my anus which freaked me out cause I assumed it was a parasite, I didn't really check due to fear but the top was normal stool shaped but the end was pencil thin. I had to manually take a tissue to remove it from myself. So I've just been freaked out and can't go to a doctor quite yet!! Any idea as to what I should do.!? Please help
