Hi. I Have Been Having Some Odd Things Happening Recently.

Hi. I have been having some odd things happening recently. I have the mirena IUD however, it has shifted positions and there is now a plastic piece sticking out of my cervix. I am unaware as to how long this has been this way, and I had intercourse several times in which it may not have been in place. I am on day 16 of my menstrual cycle and have been bleeding from my vagina for three days now. it started out light pink and then became darker, almost Brown and is now flowing like a menstrual period with bright red blood. I have very mild cramping where my uterus is, however, I am showing absolutely no other common signs of pregnancy. I do have a very prominent blue vein circling my right areola however, I'm not quite sure if its always been that way or not.
I dont really understand what's going on or if anything is out of sorts. Thank you so much
