Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have been on Trazodone for 4 yrs now. At first my dose was 100-300mg nightly, may titrate as needed. (I am a nurse so they let me titrate). I only took 300mg one time and like to never wake up! Knocked me for a loop. (sorry, I am taking it for sleep and depression). I only needed 1-1/2 in the beginning. Over the past year I have titrated myself down to 1/2 pill nightly. For some reason over the past 8-10 months I have noticed that when I get up in morning I can't hardly walk or move my joints. I just thought it was arthritis due to it being bad in my family. So I titrated myself down to 1/4 tab now and the muscle stiffness is gone in the morning but I wake up at 2a.m. Any suggestions?
