Hi, I Have Been Prescribed Maxgalin And Tizan With B12

Hi,
I have been prescribed maxgalin and tizan with b12 injections for pain in right thigh while climbing stairs.
The diagnosis is neurogenic claudication. Been taking these medicines for the last 2 months with very good results. I wish to know if this treatment acts as a painkiller or a cure? As the pain is almost non existent now can I start climbing stairs now?
