Hi I have been taking lofepramine twice a day for the last ten years. My anxiety has been getting worse recently and I have had trouble eating and sleeping so have been told to take 50mg sertraline a day. I weened off lofepramine by reducing to one for one day then none for a day before tasking sertraline today. Have felt extremely sick and dizzy since taking it at lunch time. Is that normal or should I have left a bigger gap before starting them?
