Hi I Have Been To A Neurologist And Had A

Hi I have been to a neurologist and had a scan done, they said I have a slight protruding disks in cervical area and slight arthritis nothing serious, also severe B-12 deficiency that I have done weekly shots for. My problem is I still have numbness in my left forearm and left lower leg and right forearm and lower leg depending which side I lie down on and when I sit for any length of time. I also have little jolts sometimes ,don't know how to describe it. I spoke to the physicians assistant and he said my blood work came back normal as well as the tests where they send the electric currants to test issues with nerves and they have no idea why this is still there. I did have a big fall from the stairs and fell down hard and about 4 weeks after that this symptoms started, I am desperate, please help.
