Hi, I have carcinoid cancerfor three years since an operation to remove it and then its regrowth with little wee ones (at least 5 or6.. ONE OF WHICH IS IN THE LUNGS.tHE ORIGINAL CARCINOID IS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SMALL BOWEL. At present it is all being stopped growing with Sanderstatin injectiopn once a month.It is not shrinking so far just immobilising. However I have had a cough for well over 12 months but xrays dont' show much in the lungs and I have started spitting blood, not much, probably about 2 teaspoons a day and it ranges from a very bright red to pink. Some days worse than others. Small amount of pain chest and back and at times quite severe under right lung area. I am extremely fatigued and the latest symptom appears to be depression. I am 79 weigh39-40 kgs and am quite sprightly. Can you offer any advice?
