Hi I Have Cervical Pain Since Almost 5 Years Now.

Hi I have cervical pain since almost 5 years now. Two years ago, I had it checked by an orthopedic surgeon. I was prescribed Mericobal-Ala, Vertiday-16, Inflameri-TH (thiacolchico & aceclofenac), and Mecosa G and some injections. I was told to continue this prescription for 2 months, which I did. I did pani relief to almost say 80% for two years, but now the pain is again severe, especially as it is winters. I was told by someone that it is mainly because of a compressed nerve near the neck. I am unsure what is the exact cause of it and if there is any permanent solution. I am not willing to take the tablets again as it to cause a lot of GI issues. kindly suggest
