Hi I have fibromyalgia and in the last couple of weeks my right knee has been "crunching" when I walk, a few days ago my lower leg seemed to fill with fluid and the pain was really awful, I have a Bakers Cyst behind my right knee - would it be causing the swelling etc - also I cannot move my knee cap up and down using my thigh muscle - any input is greatly appreciated - thank you
