I have got heamerrrhoids from pregnancy. Its been 3 years now. I oftn get constipatd and it hurts very badly then. Before it use to bleed while motion. But then when constipation stoped for a long bleeding stoped. But it then the pain came back. Now even if i am not constipated starting the motion is really painful. Sometimes unbearable. Amd then the pain stays for really long making it uncomfortable to sit or sleep. Now there is a fleshy projection around the anal area that i can feel well. Whrn i consultd a surgeon she said there is tissues that are projected and a nerve protruding out and there is one fissure inside which is getting irritated when motion comes and that is hurting. She said those projecting tissues should be removed and fissure closed through surgery. I would like to know is that the only way? Is surgery really needed in my case?
