Hi I Have Had A Lump Behind My Left Ear

Hi I have had a lump behind my left ear for a couple of weeks been to the doctors who said there's no infection but gave me antibiotics anyway. Now I'm getting a swishing noise and I'm so dizzy which is making me feel ill enough to lye down any suggestions as to what this could be?
