Hi I Have Had A Popping In Back Of Nose

Hi I have had a popping in back of nose area and when I swallow it hurts not my throat but back up in the nasal area I have no dripping going down the throat which is unusual for me I also have nothing coming out of nose . I have been using nasal spray but it has not done much for my issues what might be the problem?
