Hi I Have Had Electrical Impulses, Like A Rubber Band

I have had electrical impulses, like a rubber band has popped, on, under and beside my left breast. My left shoulder also is sore, as is my arm pit. I've also felt the impulses on my left breast and on my upper back. I've been to A and E and to the GP, who said it was a nerve issue and gave me a pill. The impulses have not stopped lessened. I am 35 years old and I have Lupus. Any advice?
