Hi, I have had red spots on the arch of my left foot. These showed up a year ago and would disappear within a few days. A few months later they appeared again in a larger quantity. At first they did not itch but after appearing a few times they began to. Last time I had them it was nearly 7 months ago. This time they have increased in numbers and now the skin around them has begun to peel. Sometimes there are small bumps almost like small pimples that appear and have a watery discharge. The red dots are like pinpoints and some are slightly larger. Please help.
